Halloween on Sark
The grounds of the Seigneurie were transformed into a spooky Halloween spectacular last night complete with ghosts, witches and plenty of things that go bump in the night. It was organised by Christopher, Sarah and Sibyl Beaumont with help from pumpkin carver extraordinaire Shakira Christodoulou. The event proved popular with local children, many in scary costumes, and their parents who enjoyed the games, pumpkin soup, spider cakes and other treats on offer. With ghosts hanging from the windows, the tower glowing red and skeletons in the shrubbery, it was magical evening and great fun was had by all.
