Sark School Makes a Pass
Students at Sark School took possession of a very important ball yesterday when they took part in Global Pass, a celebration of Rugby School’s 450th birthday. Rugby School is the birthplace of the game that bears its name and to mark the occasion a Gilbert rugby ball with a GPS tracking device is making its way around the world. Class Four met the ball off the ferry in the morning then took it to the Coupée before delivering it to Sark School. Class One used it for a game of tag rugby, Class Three took it on a tour of the island then Class Two took it back down to the harbour for its journey back to Guernsey.
