Sark Watch Litter Pick
More than twenty people took part in an island-wide litter pick on Saturday 6th October, another event organised by the junior wildlife group, Sark Watch. Teams covered most parts of the island in the morning before returning to the school for refreshments and to analyse their findings. Overall there was very little rubbish but they did notice that most of the bottles and cans they found were near two of the island’s pubs. The most unusual item found was a large glass jug.
