Signs of Spring
Tel:
After a long, cold winter that has seen snow, deluges of rain and icy blasts of east wind, there are finally a few glimmers that spring is on its way. Sheep farmer Rossford has had lambs for several weeks and recently Edric and Dave’s sheep have started lambing along with Phil’s flock on Little Sark. The trees are still bare but beneath the hedgerows are the first primroses and wild garlic blooms as well as the very welcome sight of daffodils, celandines and snowdrops. Roll on spring!
