With boats and flights arriving in Guernsey on a regular basis from mainland UK and Europe, Guernsey is a perfect platform for getting to Sark. Sark is accessible in just 45 minutes from the St Peter Port Harbour of Guernsey, with multiple daily sailings all year round.
If arriving by air, visitors should always allow an hour to taxi from the airport to the quay, where the Sark Ticket Kiosk is situated
If arriving by inter island ferry, then the ticket kiosk is a short walk from the harbour arrivals lounge
Flying to Guernsey:
Guernseys airport receives flights from multiple destinations including, Alderney, Birmingham, Bournemouth, Bristol, East Midlands, Exeter, Gatwick, Isle of Man, Jersey, Manchester, Southampton, Stansted if travelling from the UK, Europe arrivals include, Dinard, Geneva and Zurich.
Ferries to Guernsey:
Poole and Weymouth are the regular fast ferry departure destinations into Guernsey and the crossing is approximately 2 hours. There is a conventional ferry option too from Portsmouth which completes the crossing in about 10 hours.
