Hathaway’s Restaurant at La Seigneurie Gardens
Hathaway’s, named after Dame Sibyl Hathaway the current Seigneur’s great-grandmother, is located just inside the main gates of La Seigneurie Gardens in a beautifully renovated 16th century dairy. It has a sunny terrace for al fresco dining and a cosy wood burner inside for those cooler days. Fresh lobster and crab come straight from Sark’s own sparkling waters with all sea food being sustainably fished.
Hathaway’s opens this year under new management with Bram Smit and head chef Chris Gibb bringing international experience. The restaurant will introduce new menus catering for all tastes, including vegan and vegetarian dishes, with salads and herbs from La Seigneurie kitchen garden. Chris has received awards for his inspirational cooking and both he and Bram look forward to meeting and welcoming you to Hathaway’s.
