The opening of our fabulous new slaughterhouse here on Sark today by His Excellency Sir Ian Corder. He also presented a plaque to engineer and project manager John Robinson who did all of the research and design work on this. A really positive thing for Sark and the future of our farmers and our pastoral landscape.
The Sark Dairy Trust was set up to raise money for a new dairy on Sark. On Saturday a fundraising event was organised by one of the trustees, Richard Axton and held at Time and Tide.
